Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays. Customs and postal service may also require extra time to work on the processing/delivery during peak season (e.g., Christmas). Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorizations.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Whilst we make every effort to meet the timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer. We apologize if this is the case, but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.
Shipments to countries outside the Philippines may charge additional import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. Please note that Paragon will not be liable for the fees, and the cost is not included in the shipping fee paid to us.
